For example, technicians that do not have a Microsoft Server certification will not be allowed to service a server at any time.

We have a Microsoft Certified staff and are always working on upgrading our credentials. Microsoft certifications are part of the job requirements here at Makios IT Services and all field technicians must have field experience under their belt or earn MCP status within the first 3 months of employment.
