Makios Team Builder & Kickoff

The start of a new quarter is always an exciting time for me and my team. We get together for our Team Builder & Kickoff event to share one another's accomplishments for the previous quarter, plan our strategies and set our goals for the upcoming quarter. As the name says, the focus of this event is to build a stronger team and work towards a common goal and direction: to provide and ensure quality services for YOU!  

Our dedicated team gives up a Saturday for a fun and insightful day. The team learns what other departments have been working on during the last quarter and what projects are in queue to improve each department; from our Client Services Team, to our Administrative Services Team, and our Technical Services Team.  

We throw in a few fun team-building exercises that help us not only get to know each other better, but also build stronger rapport with one another. I always enjoy prepping these exercises for my team and look for ways to put our own spin on them. We learn so much from each other as well as acknowledge areas of improvement during these exercises.  

We also take this time to recognize the team members that have gone above and beyond the call of duty by presenting them with a certificate of achievement as well as a token of appreciation. Just another way to thank them for their hard work and dedication.  

I'm grateful to be surrounded by this group of hard-working individuals, and I hope that you can appreciate not only how much we care about our company but how these events positively reflect the services we provide. We want to give you our best, starting with a motivated team.
